Active substance use disorders, addiction and eating disorders are outside the scope of this practice. However, Dr. Williams welcomes those with an established sobriety plan in stable recovery.

No. This practice does not complete disability evaluations/forms, FMLA paperwork, or Social Security Disability forms for new patients. Requests of this kind are considered on a case-by-case basis for established patients only.

No. Controlled substances are not prescribed at an initial evaluation. New patient visits focus on a thorough assessment before any treatment decisions are made.
