Getting Started

A brief first step. No commitment required.

As a solo practice, initial inquiries begin with a brief questionnaire,
allowing your concerns to be reviewed carefully
and responded to in a more thoughtful, personal way.

What to expect

Takes approximately 3–5 minutes to complete
All information is private and confidential
Receive a personal response within 1–2 business days

This is simply a first step to see whether working together feels like the right fit, not a commitment to begin treatment.

What Dr. Williams is looking for

The questionnaire asks for a general sense of what brings you in and what you're hoping for going forward. You do not need to have everything figured out. Brief, honest answers are enough.

If it seems like a good fit, Dr. Williams will provide next steps for scheduling an initial in-person evaluation and answer any questions so you can make an informed decision.

Documentation can be provided for patients seeking out-of-network reimbursement.

What are your fees?

Fees are straightforward and paid at the time of service:

• Initial evaluation: $450
• 30-min follow-up: $200

How soon will I hear back after submitting the questionnaire?

You can typically expect a personal response from Dr. Williams within 1–2 business days.

Do I have to come in person?

Yes. Initial evaluations are always conducted in-person to allow for a more thorough and accurate assessment.

Follow-up visits may be in-office or via secure video for Georgia residents.

How long is the first appointment?

Initial evaluations are comprehensive (up to 90 minutes).
This is your time to share your full story. Not a rushed checkbox exercise.

Follow up visits are 30 or 60 minutes depending on clinical needs.

Do you offer therapy, or only medication management?

Both. Some patients are seen for medication management only, while others benefit from a combined approach that includes psychotherapy.

Can you coordinate with my current therapist?

Yes. If you already have a therapist, care can be coordinated to ensure alignment and continuity.

What if I'm not sure this is the right fit?

That's completely fine. The initial step is simply a way to explore whether working together makes sense. There is no obligation to proceed.
